1. About us

Amberley is a trading name of JT Brands LLC, a company registered in the State of Washington, USA (UBI 606 297 748), with its address at 1915 Rocklund Dr, Wenatchee, WA 98801, USA ("Amberley", "we", "us" or "our"). Our store runs on Shopify, but when you buy from shopamberley.com, you buy directly from Amberley. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Using our store

  • You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
  • You agree to give accurate, complete information when you order or create an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account login secure. Accounts can't be transferred.

3. Products

We try to show colours and details as accurately as possible, but colours may look different depending on your screen. Product descriptions may change, and we may stop selling any product at any time.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we confirm it and payment has been received. Our products are sold for personal and household use, not for resale.

5. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
  • No extra fees are added at checkout, and shipping is free within Australia.

  • Prices on our website may differ from prices in physical stores or on third-party sites.

5a. Bundle discounts and promotions

  • Bundle discounts (buy 2 items, get 10% off; buy 3, get 15% off; buy 4, get 20% off; buy 5 or more, get 25% off) are applied automatically at checkout to any mix of eligible items.
  • Only the highest bundle tier your cart qualifies for applies. Bundle discounts can't be combined with other discount codes or promotions unless we say otherwise.
  • If you return items from a bundle, refunds are based on the price you actually paid for each item after the discount.
  • We may change or end any promotion at any time. Orders already placed keep the discount they received.

6. Delivery

We deliver within Australia only. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See our shipping policy for details.

7. Returns, refunds and the Perfect Fit Promise

8. Intellectual property

All content on our website, including text, images, graphics and logos, belongs to Amberley or our partners. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Our website may include tools or links provided by third parties. We are not responsible for third-party websites, tools, products or services.

10. Feedback and reviews

If you send us feedback, reviews or other content, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it. You confirm you have the right to share it and that it is accurate and not misleading.

11. Errors

Occasionally our website may contain errors, for example in prices or product details. We may correct errors and cancel orders based on incorrect information. If we cancel your order, we refund your payment in full.

12. Prohibited use

You must not use our website for anything unlawful, send spam, scrape data, spread malware, impersonate others or try to get around our security.

13. Liability

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Shopify is not a party to, and is not liable for, sales between you and Amberley.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You keep all protections given to you by the consumer laws where you live.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time by posting a new version on our website. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
